THE BAILEY PARK NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
The Bailey Park Neighborhood Development Corporation (BPNDC), formally known as the Bailey Park Project, was founded in 2013 by Katrina Watkins, a former social worker, educator, and long-time resident of the McDougall-Hunt. Dedicated to empowering her community in an impactful manner, Katrina created the Bailey Park Neighborhood Development Corporation to strengthen the McDougall-Hunt neighborhood through programs that encourage safe, sustainable, and equitable growth starting with the individual and radiating outward through the neighborhood, community, city and beyond.
