PROJECT: Green and CleanCleaning vacant lots and establishing Bailey Park were the catalysts for starting our organization and continue to be at the forefront of our efforts. McDougall-Hunt has a great resource in the amount of land we have and Project: Green & Clean focuses on ways to activate and use it to the benefit of all.

THE BAILEY PARK NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
The Bailey Park Neighborhood Development Corporation (BPNDC), formally known as the Bailey Park Project, was founded in 2013 by Katrina Watkins, a former social worker, educator, and long-time resident of the McDougall-Hunt. Dedicated to empowering her community in an impactful manner, Katrina created the Bailey Park Neighborhood Development Corporation to strengthen the McDougall-Hunt neighborhood through programs that encourage safe, sustainable, and equitable growth starting with the individual and radiating outward through the neighborhood, community, city and beyond.
